Dr. Delgado is board certified in family medicine as well as in hospice and palliative medicine, and welcomes patients of all ages. His special interests include NaProTECHNOLOGY, bioethics, skin surgery and behavioral health. Dr. Delgado received his undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s College of California where he graduated summa cum laude and received the biology department’s top honor — the Carlos Freitas Award. He attended medical school at UC Davis and completed his residency training at Santa Monica/UCLA Hospital.

Dr. Saroki is a San Diego native who attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate training. She majored in Integrative Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Saroki attended medical school at the University of Michigan and completed her family medicine residency training at University of North Carolina Hospitals. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is an NFP Medical Consultant trained in NaProTECHNOLOGY. Dr. Saroki is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. De Roth is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice for over 20 years. Prior to joining COLFS Medical Clinic, she most recently served as a physician volunteer at San Jose Clinic in Houston, Texas, a clinic providing quality healthcare services to those with limited access to care. Her professional interests include geriatrics, preventive medicine, diabetic care, and mental health. She believes in treating her patients with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Atefeh is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine care. She completed her undergraduate studies as University of California in San Diego and continued to obtain her Masters of Science Degree at Hofstra University in New York. Ms. Eslami is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and New York State Society of Physician Assistant (NYSSPA) and is committed to providing compassionate care to all her patients.

Katie has more than twenty years of experience as a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in preventive medicine, weight management, professional education, hospice, and perinatal loss. She has an undergraduate degree in nursing from San Diego State and a graduate degree in nursing from the USD. Katie is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, and the National Association of Catholic Nurses. Katie is passionate about providing evidence based medicine and holistic health care.

Dana Rodriguez, PhD, PNP is a pediatric nurse practitioner who has worked in private practice and school-based health clinics. Dana earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse and her master’s of science in nursing degree from Marquette University of Milwaukee. She earned a PhD in nursing from Marquette University and she served as research assistant for the Institute of Natural Family Planning and studied the Marquette Method. Dana is passionate about partnering with parents to meet the healthcare needs of their children.

Kara is an Ohio native who completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Capital University in Columbus, OH. Kara has worked in multiple care settings in multiple states over her 5 years as a nurse including Medical/Surgical units, Postpartum/Newborn care units, and women’s health clinics. Kara loves to get to know her patients and is committed to providing quality care to them.

Maricar serves as the Director of Operations at Culture of Life Family Services, bringing over seven years of healthcare experience and a strong blend of clinical and administrative expertise. She oversees operations across multiple locations, providing strategic leadership, supporting team development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. She holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration and an MBA with a focus in Management and Leadership. Maricar is also certified as a Clinical Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, EKG Technician, and Billing & Coding Specialist giving her a well-rounded perspective on healthcare operations.

Priscilla has been a dedicated member of COLFS Medical Clinic since 2011, beginning her journey after completing her medical assistant externship. Now serving as Back Office Manager, she oversees clinical staff and ensures smooth operations with a calm, compassionate approach. With over a decade of experience, Priscilla is known for her warm presence and unwavering commitment to patient care.

Mayra has been a valued member of COLFS Medical Clinic since 2021. As Front Office Manager, she leads both front desk and call center teams, ensuring every patient interaction is welcoming, efficient, and compassionate. A certified Medical Assistant, Mayra is passionate about patient care, team collaboration, and creating a positive experience for all. Fluent in English and Spanish, she proudly serves our diverse community with empathy and professionalism.

Kateri is the Patient and Client Services Manager at Culture of Life Family Services. She holds a B.A. in Humanities with a focus in Philosophy and Theology from John Paul the Great Catholic University. Her education has shaped her compassionate, mission-driven approach to care. Kateri is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, respected, and supported, working closely with the team to foster a culture of empathy and trust.

Jennifer began working at COLFS as a Ministry Associate and has since transitioned into Patient & Client Marketing. Jennifer completed her bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science with a minor in Agriculture Education at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2022. Jennifer is fluent in English and Spanish.

Joseph leads COLFS’s efforts to engage volunteers, supporters, and mission-aligned organizations as partners in support of the COLFS mission to build a culture of life. His team is responsible for fundraising initiatives, events, and educational outreach for youth and adults. He earned a BA in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College and an STM from the International Theological Institute in Austria. He is currently completing a Doctor of Education degree with the University of Saint Thomas Houston.

Melissa brings a passion for pro-life work to COLFS. Prior to joining COLFS, she served as Director of Ministry Development & Marketing for the Agnus Dei Foundation.
