COLFS is the only Catholic Pro-Life medical organization in San Diego County. Our programs are comprehensive. We provide spiritual, medical, and material support to our patients and clients. Your donations allow us to save babies and heal lives, one client at a time.

Material Needs

COLFS provides material support to our clients through their pregnancy and beyond; and expands beyond the doors of our clinic. Celebrate a mom’s choice for life! Donate new baby items to our Baby Boutique where moms and dads can receive the items they need by using “Baby Bucks” they earn by completing lessons in our Earn While You Learn Program.

Pray

At COLFS, prayer is an important part of everything we do. There are many ways to support us in prayer. Please consider praying for us on a regular basis or sign up for our prayer support ministry email blast with specific prayer request.

Volunteer

Getting started is easy! We provide all the training you need.

  • Become a COLFS Ambassador
  • Help out with Baby Bottle Drives … speaking at events, preparing, delivering, and picking up BBD supplies
  • Volunteer as a Client Support Specialists to advocate and walk with clients through their difficult situations.
  • Help support or facilitate our education programs in the pro-life areas of chastity, fertility awareness, life skills, parenting, and prenatal education.
  • Give of your time and talent as a Handy Men with in-kind general maintenance support to our facilities as needed.
  • Support COLFS at various events and outreach oportunities
  • Provide administrative Support
