Maricar is the Operations Director of COLFS Medical Clinic and is responsible for the operations and administration side of the medical office and COLFS services. Maricar is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Certified EKG Technician, and Certified Billing & Coding Specialist. She is fluent in English, and Tagalog, allowing her to serve diverse populations. In addition to her clinical practice and clinical research experience, Maricar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management & Leadership Specialization. Maricar uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to work tirelessly toward success.

Jennifer began working at COLFS as a Ministry Associate but has taken the role of Patient Marketing. Jennifer completed her bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science with a minor in Agriculture Education at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2022. Jennifer is fluent in English and Spanish.

Kateri Rausch is a graduate from John Paul the Great Catholic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, focusing on Philosophy and Theology. Having always been passionate about the pro-life movement and the dignity of the human person, she is eager to be a part of COLFS. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Priscilla completed her medical assistant externship at COLFS and has been with us since 2011. Priscilla manages the medical support staff. She previously worked as a caregiver where she found her love and passion for patient care. She is married and has four beautiful children. Priscilla enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children.

Dr. Delgado is board certified in family medicine as well as in hospice and palliative medicine, and welcomes patients of all ages. His special interests include NaProTECHNOLOGY, bioethics, skin surgery and behavioral health. Dr. Delgado received his undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s College of California where he graduated summa cum laude and received the biology department’s top honor — the Carlos Freitas Award. He attended medical school at UC Davis and completed his residency training at Santa Monica/UCLA Hospital.

Dr. Saroki is a San Diego native who attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate training. She majored in Integrative Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Saroki attended medical school at the University of Michigan and completed her family medicine residency training at University of North Carolina Hospitals. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is an NFP Medical Consultant trained in NaProTECHNOLOGY. Dr. Saroki is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. De Roth is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been in practice for over 20 years. Prior to joining COLFS Medical Clinic, she most recently served as a physician volunteer at San Jose Clinic in Houston, Texas, a clinic providing quality healthcare services to those with limited access to care. Her professional interests include geriatrics, preventive medicine, diabetic care, and mental health. She believes in treating her patients with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Atefeh is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine care. She completed her undergraduate studies as University of California in San Diego and continued to obtain her Masters of Science Degree at Hofstra University in New York. Ms. Eslami is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and New York State Society of Physician Assistant (NYSSPA) and is committed to providing compassionate care to all her patients.

Katie has more than twenty years of experience as a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in preventive medicine, weight management, professional education, hospice, and perinatal loss. She has an undergraduate degree in nursing from San Diego State and a graduate degree in nursing from the USD. Katie is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, and the National Association of Catholic Nurses. Katie is passionate about providing evidence based medicine and holistic health care.

Dana Rodriguez, PhD, PNP is a pediatric nurse practitioner who has worked in private practice and school-based health clinics. Dana earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse and her master’s of science in nursing degree from Marquette University of Milwaukee. She earned a PhD in nursing from Marquette University and she served as research assistant for the Institute of Natural Family Planning and studied the Marquette Method. Dana is passionate about partnering with parents to meet the healthcare needs of their children.

Kara is an Ohio native who completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Capital University in Columbus, OH. Kara has worked in multiple care settings in multiple states over her 5 years as a nurse including Medical/Surgical units, Postpartum/Newborn care units, and women’s health clinics. Kara loves to get to know her patients and is committed to providing quality care to them.

Joseph leads COLFS’s efforts to engage supporters, volunteers, business leaders, foundations, and organizations as partners in support of the COLFS mission to build a culture of life. His team is responsible for fundraising efforts and events and COLFS’s educational outreach. Prior to joining COLFS, Joseph’s career encompassed serving both as a Catholic financial advisor and as an educational and ministry leader. As a financial advisor, he advised clients regarding investments and tax-advantaged financial strategies. He has experience building successful mission-focused programs, curricula, and teams.

Melissa brings a passion for pro-life work to COLFS. Prior to joining COLFS, she served as Director of Ministry Development & Marketing for the Agnus Dei Foundation.
