About Us
What is a “Culture of Life”?
The “culture of life” stands in opposition to the modern “culture of death” by promoting a wholehearted and unconditional respect for human life at all stages. In a culture of life, people are valued according to their intrinsic worth as children of God, and cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At COLFS, this mission is lived out by our commitment to providing affordable, quality, pro-life care through our community clinic, including compassionate treatment for women in crisis pregnancies.
How We Build the Culture of Life
Our goal is to provide much-needed resources that will help our community to understand and live the truth of God’s creative plan for every human person.

COLFS Free Pro-Life Services
COLFS’s free pro-life services are offered at a licensed community clinic by qualified medical professionals. The core medical program at COLFS provides a unique opportunity to receive primary medical care that is pro-life, pro-family, and aligned with Catholic ethical principles.
The success of our clinic and the necessity of our unique mission for the health and happiness of adults, children, and families in our community has prompted COLFS to expand.
Your generous support makes it possible for COLFS to fulfill our pro-life mission and to expand the reach of Christ-centered medical care in San Diego County.
