Nursing Moms
Fridays from 10 am – 12 pm
Enjoy time with our community of moms!
Meet with our professional lactation consultants and take an opportunity to socialize with like-minded moms and tots. All moms and little ones welcome!
Circulo de Mamas
1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 10 am – 12 pm
Join our Spanish-speaking moms group for social time and a chance to work through Earn While You Learn lessons together.

Youth
The COLFS Youth Association is a new program created for the unification and inspiration of pro-life youth in San Diego. At CYA events, pro-life students from across the Diocese will gather to learn, pray, and socialize together. COLFS will offer lessons in pro-life advocacy based on Catholic ethical principles, with a unique emphasis on holistic health grounded in our experience as a community clinic and pregnancy
resource center.
Attendees will hear from talented speakers on pro-life issues and arguments, participate in Holy Hours and Masses, and enjoy moments of camaraderie with like-minded peers. This time of formation and fellowship will shape students into confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate advocates for the culture of life, and provide them with the spiritual and intellectual tools necessary to thoughtfully promote and defend the pro-life message in their communities.
Our first meeting will be for adult leaders of high school clubs or youth groups – join us for a Holy Half Hour and a chance to discuss how COLFS can help to educate and engage Catholic youths in the pro-life movement.

COLFS Ambassadors
Do you want to advocate for life? Ambassadors can host Baby Bottle Drives, lead presentations, and represent COLFS to their church, school, or community!
Our orientation will give you all the information you need to speak knowledgeably about COLFS whether you are volunteering, participating in community events, or just out and about in the neighborhood.
Opportunities include:

Ambassador orientations are available every 1st Tuesday of the month, both in-person (preferred) and virtual. In-person orientations will take place at 3 pm in the COLFS Ministry Office; virtual orientations will begin at 7 pm.
